Feeling Overwhelmed
Sometimes I think I’m taking things slow…
until a headache reminds me that I’m not.
That’s when I realize, it’s time to rest.
We often tell ourselves we’re managing well, that we’re pacing things properly. But our body always knows the truth. When overwhelm shows up physically, it’s a signal, not a weakness.
Rest is not laziness.
It’s awareness.
It’s self-care.
So if you’re feeling overwhelmed too, maybe it’s not about pushing harder, maybe it’s simply time to pause. 🌿
