Too many excuses?

Too many excuses?

Sometimes, yes.

“I don’t have time.”

“I’ll start next week.”

“I’m too tired.”

“I need to feel motivated first.”

“I had a busy day.”

And sometimes, these are genuinely valid reasons.

But if the same reason keeps appearing every week, it might be time to ask yourself:

Is it really an obstacle…
or has it become a habit?

You don’t need two hours at the gym.

You don’t need a perfect diet.

You don’t need to feel motivated every day.

Maybe you can start with:

10 minutes of exercise.

A short walk.

One healthier meal.

Going to bed a little earlier.

Small actions still count.

The goal isn’t to remove every obstacle from your life.

It’s to stop using every obstacle as a reason to do nothing.

You don’t need perfect conditions to start.

Start with what you have.

Start with what you can do.

Then build from there.
