Habits don’t compare.
Your friend started running and became consistent in a few weeks.
Someone else changed their diet and stuck with it immediately.
You tried the same thing…
and you’re still struggling.
That doesn’t mean you’re doing something wrong.
Habits are personal.
Your routine, environment, schedule, motivation, stress and previous experiences are different from someone else’s.
What feels easy for one person may feel difficult for another.
And that’s okay.
Don’t compare your beginning with someone else’s routine.
Instead, ask yourself:
What can I realistically do?
What makes this habit easier to repeat?
What can I improve this week?
You don’t need to build a habit at someone else’s pace.
Find a pace you can sustain.
Because the goal isn’t to build the habit faster than someone else.
The goal is to make it part of your life.
