You have to trust the process.
You can’t go to the gym for one week and expect a completely different body.
You can’t eat healthy for three days and expect years of habits to disappear.
You can’t practise a skill a few times and expect to master it.
So why do we expect results to happen overnight?
We often underestimate how much time it takes to change and overestimate what we can achieve in a few days.
Then we get impatient.
We switch programmes. We try another diet. We look for a faster way.
Sometimes, the problem isn’t that the process doesn’t work.
It’s that we don’t give it enough time to work.
Strength takes repetition.
Fitness takes consistency.
Habits take practice.
And meaningful progress requires us to keep going long enough to see the difference.
Of course, not every plan works. You need to track your progress and make adjustments when necessary.
But don’t abandon a good plan simply because the results aren’t immediate.
You can’t control how quickly the results come. You can control the work you put in today.
Keep showing up. Keep learning. Keep improving.
Trust the process. Give it time to work.
