Yoga is far from simply being physical exercises, it assists to establish a new perception of what is real, what is necessary and how to become established in a way of life which embraces both inner and outer realities. This way of life is an experience which cannot be understood intellectually and will only become living knowledge through practice and experience. Our classes focus on Hatha Yoga program which helps to guide us through a progressive series of asanas (poses) to improve flexibility, strength, and balance.

Kylie, our teacher is an expert in giving personalised feedforward for her students. She is well known to have helped students to achieve advanced yoga poses (scorpion, forearm stand and dancer’s pose). Taking classes with Kylie emphasises on a simple rule which is to ‘Listen To Your Body’. Always follow at your own pace and believe that; “We Can Achieve Anything We Set Our Mind And Body To”. No matter at which level of your practice, modify (regress or progress) the movements or simply take a break as much as you need. Take the first class today to experience!
