It is normal to feel sore for up to 2 days especially if this is your first time experiencing the class. Drink a lot of water, increase protein intake, stretch and keep moving! It will help to reduce soreness.

COMMON Q & A
1) I am a beginner, can I participate?
Certainly. It is a multi level class, multiple options will be provided and the Golden Rule in Kylie’s class is to always ‘Listen To Your Body’. Feel free to rest, modify and continue.
2) What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothes.
3) How big is the space needed?
You will need a space of a yoga mat to experience the class. However, you may adjust the movements based on your available space.
4) What do I need to prepare?
An open heart and mind to experience! Prepare water, towel and a yoga mat. Yoga blocks, straps or knee pads are optional. We will also need to use wall to practice inversions, if wall is not accessible, Kylie will provide other options for you.
