This course consists of 6 sessions which will expire in 3 months, so it is recommended to train for at least two sessions a month. Throughout these 6 sessions, we will go through a series of events; consultation, training, follow up for home practice and also to explore on the regression and progression of forearm stand.
These 6 sessions cost RM720 and every session will take about 45 minutes. You will require to arrange and set the training time and day with me. Please be reminded again that these 6 sessions will expire in three months, any sessions that are not claimed within the three months will be forfeited.
You will need to bring your own yoga mat for the training sessions, make sure to wear comfortably, a sweat towel and enough water to hydrate yourself.
We follow a golden rule to listen to your body during the training, we will rest, modify (regress/progress) according to how you feel and also your level/pace. Here, safety is our first priority and we believe that we can achieve anything we set our mind and body to.
