FLoW is a total body workout focuses on toning your muscles when you are doing body weight exercises such as squat, plank, lunges, burpees, crunches, push-up and many more!
Starting your workout by accelerating your heart rate in cardio exercises such as high-knee run, jumping jack and mountain climber to stimulate higher calorie burn and sweat away your bad vibes.
You will continue to maximize your burn by working on both upper and lower body exercises using some dynamic combos and fighting movements.

FLoW is inspired by the CIRCL Mobility Framework, based on the science of functional movement which focuses on flexibility, breath workand mobility exercises to help us move better and longer.
After the heart rate peaks, you enter into the State of Flow block. During the State of Flow, you will be working on both Macro-Movers and Micro-Movers. Macro-Movers involve shoulders, spine and hip while Micro-Movers involve elbow, wrist, knee and ankle.
ALL joints are EQUALLY important, and their health and function are vital for mobility.
The combos are designed to activate both your Macro-Movers and Micro-Movers, and at the end you are going to tie-it-all together and flow!
