KYLIE LIM

NASM Certified Personal Trainer and she started her journey in the fitness industry with Celebrity Fitness Malaysia since 2014; she worked with gym clients to achieve their fitness goals. In 2016, she was promoted to GX (Group Fitness Class) Manager managing group classes departments for a few clubs. She continued to excel in her career and in 2018, she was promoted to HFM (Health & Fitness) Manager; managing both Personal Training and Group Fitness Class Departments.

Throughout her entire career in the company, she was given a lot of opportunities. She was featured in Bella NTV7 for a LIVE interview about fitness and she was also featured LIVE for 9 episodes in NTV7 Living Delight.

She appeared and featured in magazines; Parenthood Magazine (January, February & March 2016 Issues) and AEON Pearl Magazine for 3 Issues.

In 2018, she was involved in ‘Hustle Hut’ by Celebrity Fitness Malaysia, a fitness reality show as a Star Trainer for 5 episodes. In 2019, she was involved in a series of Tabata programs for 42 episodes in 8TV Living Delight to demonstrate and explain movements with her team.

Since 2022, she was invited to teach yoga poses for LIVE on 8TV Living Delight.

She is certified in MMA Level 1, 1.1 and 1.2, ViPR, Dynamax Ball, Equalizer and Alexander Method of SMR Level 1 & 2.

She was a Top Trainer in 2015 and received Top Performance Trainer Award in 2015. She was the First Applicant to win Grand Prize to AFC in her company.

In the first quarter of 2021, she decided to venture out as a freelancer to build her own brand ‘Kylie Lim‘ with her strong message; ‘We Can Achieve Anything We Set Our Mind And Body To‘ as she established her own studio ‘Kylie Dance & Yoga Studio’ in 10 Boulevard, Petaling Jaya.

She is now the Manager at Achieve Fitness, based in Kajang, Selangor. Recently, her article ‘Dance For Health’ was featured in the On-The-Go (Sentiasa Aktif) section of NADI Diabetes Magazine Issue V13S1.
