As a first timer, have an open heart and mind to experience the class. The goal is to experience, enjoy and follow as much as you can.
Listen to your body. Anytime you need to modify or take a break from the movement, feel free to do so. I provide few options, choose option that works best for you. It can be quite intense for first timer, so the best advice is to ‘take it easy’ and slowly progress as you go.
Aside from that, at the last part of my class, I will be using yoga mat for the stretching session. So kindly be prepared when the session comes. In fact, I use yoga mat from the beginning of my class as I do Tabata on my yoga mat too, so feel free to do the same.
