CANCELLATION POLICY

For Single Class Purchases

  • No refund/replacement for cancellations under 24 hours notice
  • Class is only replaceable with the same program and the validity period for replacement is 1 month from the cancellation class date.

For Class Package Holders

  • Cancellations with less than 12 hours notice will be marked as used
  • Class is only replaceable with the same program and the validity period for replacement is 1 month from the cancellation class date.
  • All packages are not refundable, non-shareable and not transferrable
For Workshop Purchases
  • No refund/replacement once payment is made
