1) I am a beginner, can I participate?
Not recommended, however you are welcomed to experience as multiple options will be provided and the Golden Rule in Kylie’s class is to always ‘Listen To Your Body’. Feel free to rest, modify and continue.
2) What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothes.
3) How big is the space needed?
You will need a space of a yoga mat to experience the class. However, you may adjust the movements based on your available space.
4) What do I need to prepare?
An open heart and mind to experience! Prepare water, towel and a yoga mat. Yoga blocks, straps or knee pads are optional. We will also need to use wall to practice inversions, if wall is not accessible, Kylie will provide other options for you.
We start our class at 7.30am as we will be practicing Kapalbhati Pranayama (video shown below) and it is best done in an empty stomach. When you register, you will receive a Free Access to Kapalbhati Pranayama Full Tutorial video.
