Venue: Quad Dance Studio, Lot 2-3, Jalan SP 2, Taman Segar Perdana, 43200 Cheras, Selangor.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE:
For day classes, please remember to display your parking ticket, or you may park at Shell or Econsave.

Things to bring:
- Open Heart & Mind : Class is for all levels, options are provided, you follow your own pace 🙂
- Socks/Foot Thongs/Ballet Shoes
- Water Bottle
- Knee Pads (Optional)
*No walk-ins: All sessions must be pre-booked.
Why no walk-ins?
I like to know who will be attending the class in advance so that I can tailor the session to the participants.
Only registered participants will be informed of any changes or class cancellations.
