Happiness Is a State of Mind
There are days when the joy of simply living feels so strong that even chores become enjoyable. And there are days when the things that once brought us joy suddenly feel heavy, depressing, or unmotivating.
On those unhappy days, we’re often not thinking clearly. We tend to focus on what’s wrong, finding faults and forgetting to be grateful for the things that truly matter.
That’s why on our happy or easier days, it’s important to pause, reflect, and remind ourselves that happiness is a state of mind. It comes from within, not from external circumstances.
The uneasy days are the real tests. They challenge us, stretch us, and show us whether we’ve actually grown.
So let’s keep living mindfully, and remember:
Every day, how you choose to live your life begins with your state of mind.
